ברוכים הבאים לשירות "רשימתי" — אפליקציית האנדרואיד ואפליקציית הווב בכתובת reshimati.co.il/app (יחד: "השירות"). השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתקנון זה. בעל השירות: שמעון, עוסק פטור, ישראל. פניות: [email protected].
1. השירות
האפליקציה מאפשרת יצירה, ניהול ושליחה של תזכורות אישיות, ניהול רשימות (קניות, מזוודה, todo, מותאם אישית), שיתוף רשימות בין משתמשים, שכפול רשימות (יצירת עותק של כל רשימה), איחוד רשימות (מיזוג של שתי רשימות לאחת תוך הסרת כפילויות), צירוף מסמכים והקלטות קוליות לתזכורות (PDF / תמונות / אודיו עד 60 שניות, נשמע ישירות מתוך הרשימה), הדבקת רשימה (הפיכת טקסט מוכן — למשל הודעת וואטסאפ — לרשימה מסודרת, פריט אחד בכל שורה), סנכרון דו-כיווני עם יומן Google (כתיבת תזכורות ליומן והצגת אירועי היומן בתוך האפליקציה), תזכורות מבוססות מיקום, גיבוי, וידג'טים, כלי תכנון תקציב (מסך "כספים" לרישום הוצאות והכנסות, קטגוריות, תקציבים, חלוקת הוצאות, תקציב משותף בשיתוף קוד, גרף מגמה רב-חודשי, ייצוא ל-Excel ודוח חודשי), מחשבוני תכנון תקציב (בדיקת החזר מס, מחשבון מס וניכויים ומענק עבודה — לפרימיום; מענק מילואים ומעשר כספים — בחינם. ראה סעיף 5יד), ומידע יהדות אופציונלי (תאריך עברי, ימי הולדת עבריים, חגים, זמני הלכה, ימי זיכרון). פתיחת קובץ מצורף ישירות מהרשימה תעביר את הקובץ ליישום חיצוני שיציג אותו (לדוגמה — קורא PDF, גלריה). השירות מוצע בשלושה מסלולים: מסלול חינמי עם פרסומות; מסלול "ללא פרסומות" בתשלום, המסיר את כל הפרסומות בלבד ואינו כולל תכונות נוספות מעבר לכך; ומסלול "פרימיום" בתשלום, ללא פרסומות ועם כל התכונות המתקדמות. הגישה לאפליקציית הווב (reshimati.co.il/app) שמורה למנויי פרימיום פעילים, למעט חבר חינמי בקבוצת תקציב משותף — שמקבל גישה ללשונית ההוצאות בלבד (ראה סעיף 5א1); מסלול "ללא פרסומות" אינו כולל גישה לאפליקציית הווב. המנויים נרכשים ומנוהלים אך ורק דרך Google Play. אפליקציית הווב מציגה תת-קבוצה של פיצ'רים: התראות מקדימות, הקלטות קוליות, קבצים מצורפים ווידג'טים זמינים באפליקציית האנדרואיד בטלפון בלבד. אפליקציית הווב שומרת ב-localStorage של הדפדפן אסימון התחברות והעדפות תצוגה מקומיות בלבד; אסימון ההתחברות נמחק בעת התנתקות מהאתר. מחיקת חשבון מסירה את הנתונים המסונכרנים הן מהאפליקציה והן מאפליקציית הווב.
2. חשבון משתמש
- השימוש מחייב חשבון Google תקין.
- המשתמש אחראי לשמירת אבטחת חשבונו.
- אסור להעביר את החשבון לאחר.
- גיל מינימום: 16.
3. מנויים בתשלום
3.1 מסלול פרימיום
- מחיר: מנוי שנתי, במחיר המוצג ב-Google Play בעת הרכישה.
- תקופת ניסיון חינם: 7 ימים, ככל שמוצעת ב-Google Play בעת הרכישה.
- כולל: ללא פרסומות, סנכרון בין מכשירים, גישה לאפליקציית הווב (reshimati.co.il/app), רשימות משותפות חיות וכל התכונות המתקדמות.
3.2 מסלול ללא פרסומות
- מחיר: 11.90 ₪ לשנה.
- ללא תקופת ניסיון חינם.
- כולל הסרת פרסומות בלבד.
- אינו כולל את תכונות הפרימיום — ללא סנכרון בין מכשירים וללא גישה לאפליקציית הווב.
- כל יתר התכונות זהות למסלול החינמי.
על שני המסלולים בתשלום חלים התנאים הבאים:
- חידוש אוטומטי בתום התקופה אלא אם בוטל לפני המועד.
- ביטול מנוי מתבצע דרך הגדרות Google Play בלבד.
- החיוב מתבצע באמצעות Google Play Billing.
3.3 סיום מנוי — מה קורה לשירותי הפרימיום ולנתונים שלך
עם פקיעת מנוי הפרימיום או ביטולו, שירותי הפרימיום מפסיקים לפעול — לרבות הסנכרון בין המכשירים, הגישה לאפליקציית הווב, והשיתוף החי של רשימות ושל התקציב המשותף. משתמש שהיה בעל תקציב ראשי משותף (המזמין) ופרימיום שלו פקע — הסנכרון של אותו תקציב משותף (לרבות לצדו שלו) יופסק עד לחידוש המנוי או ליציאה מהקבוצה. זהו חלק מהותי ממסלול הפרימיום.
המידע שלך נשמר. כל הנתונים שנוצרו על המכשיר נשארים זמינים לצפייה ולעריכה במכשיר גם לאחר סיום המנוי; לא נמחק דבר עקב סיום המנוי. מה שנפסק הוא השירות המתמשך (סנכרון, שיתוף, גישת-ווב) ולא הגישה לנתונים המקומיים — בדומה ליציאה מקבוצה משותפת: אתה שומר עותק מלא, וההמשך המשותף נפרד. ניתן לייצא את הנתונים בכל עת (גיבוי ZIP) גם ללא פרימיום.
3א. שינוי מחירים
מחיר האפליקציה ו/או המנוי עשוי להשתנות מעת לעת, לפי שיקול דעתנו. עם זאת, שינוי מחיר לא יחול על תקופת מנוי שכבר נרכשה ונמצאת בתוקף: המחיר ששילמת מובטח לכל אותה תקופה קצובה (12 חודשים), עד תום התקופה.
המנויים שלנו מתחדשים אוטומטית בתום כל תקופה, אלא אם בוטלו מראש דרך הגדרות Google Play. שינוי מחיר לא יחול על תקופה שכבר נרכשה ונמצאת בתוקף. אם נעדכן את המחיר לקראת חידוש, Google תודיע לך על כך מראש ותידרש הסכמתך לפי נוהל שינוי המחיר של Google Play — וללא הסכמתך, המנוי לא יתחדש במחיר החדש. ביטול המנוי אפשרי בכל עת דרך הגדרות Google Play.
המחיר המעודכן יוצג לך במלואו במסך הרכישה לפני כל רכישה, וביצוע הרכישה מהווה הסכמה למחיר המוצג. הודעה על שינוי מחיר תימסר כנדרש על פי כללי חנות Google Play ועל פי דין.
3ב. תוכנית "חבר מביא חבר" (הפניות)
- מעת לעת אנו עשויים להציע תוכנית הפניות: משתמש שמזמין חבר באמצעות קוד או קישור הפניה (לרבות קישור להזמנה לרשימה משותפת הנושא קוד הפניה), עשוי לזכות — יחד עם החבר המצטרף — בתקופת פרימיום ללא תשלום, בהיקף ובתנאים שיוצגו באפליקציה בעת ההפעלה.
- ההטבה מותנית בכך שהמצטרף הוא משתמש חדש שנרשם עם חשבון Google תקין; מימוש עצמי (self-referral), חשבונות מרובים או שימוש לרעה — יבטלו את ההטבה.
- התוכנית היא הטבה שיווקית הניתנת לפי שיקול דעתנו: אנו רשאים לשנותה, להשעותה או להפסיקה בכל עת. הפסקה כאמור לא תגרע מהטבה שכבר מומשה ונרשמה בחשבונך.
- תקופת פרימיום שמקורה בהטבת הפניה אינה ניתנת להמרה בכסף, אינה ניתנת להעברה, ואינה מקנה זכות להחזר.
- על עיבוד קודי ההפניה בעת התקנה דרך קישור ראו סעיף 1.20 למדיניות הפרטיות.
4. מדיניות החזר
החזרים מנוהלים בהתאם למדיניות Google Play (לרוב — בקשת החזר אפשרית בתוך 48 שעות מרגע הרכישה). בנוסף, ובהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, על מוצרים דיגיטליים שלא נצרכו עומדת לצרכן זכות ביטול תוך 14 יום. ביטול מנוי שכבר נעשה בו שימוש משמעותי לא יזכה בהחזר מעבר למתחייב על פי דין. זכות הביטול והוראות ההחזר חלות באופן זהה על כל מסלולי המנוי בתשלום.
5. שימוש מותר ואסור
אסור:
- הנדסה לאחור (reverse engineering), פירוק קוד, שינוי או יצירת יצירה נגזרת.
- שימוש לרעה: ניצול לרעה של API, בקשות בכמות חריגה, ניסיון פגיעה במשתמשים אחרים.
- שליחת ספאם, תוכן בלתי חוקי, מטריד, מעודד אלימות או הפרת זכויות יוצרים.
- גישה לחשבון של משתמש אחר ללא הרשאה.
- ברשימה משותפת: הוספת תוכן בלתי חוקי / מטריד למשתמשים אחרים שמחזיקים את קוד השיתוף.
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים, ללא הודעה מוקדמת במקרים חמורים.
5א. רשימות משותפות
- בעלי רשימה משותפת אחראים לתוכן שנכנס לרשימה שלהם.
- קוד שיתוף של 8 תווים מקנה גישת קריאה, כתיבה ומחיקה — כל חבר ברשימה יכול להוסיף, לסמן ולמחוק פריטים. מי שמשתף את הרשימה מקבל על עצמו עובדה זו עצם פעולת השיתוף.
- המשתמש שיוצר או משתף רשימה הוא האחראי הבלעדי לבחירת מקבלי קוד השיתוף. מומלץ לשתף את הקוד רק עם בני משפחה או שותפים שאתה סומך עליהם.
- אנו לא אחראים לתוכן שהוסיף חבר אחר לרשימה שלך, ולא לגישה שהושגה על ידי כל מי שהמשתף מסר לו את הקוד. תוכל לעזוב את הרשימה בכל עת.
- האפליקציה רושמת, לכל פריט, מי הוסיף ומי מחק אותו, והרישום גלוי לכל חברי הרשימה — לצורך אחריותיות בתוך הרשימה.
- בעל רשימה רשאי למחוק רשימה משותפת לצמיתות — מחיקה זו מסירה את הגישה לכל החברים — וכן ליצור עותק חדש (שכפול) של כל רשימה.
- לצורך אבטחת המערכת ומניעת שימוש לרעה, השרת מפעיל הגבלת קצב (rate limiting) על בקשות יצירה והצטרפות לרשימות משותפות, ולשם כך מעבד באופן זמני את כתובת ה-IP של הבקשה. פירוט מלא במדיניות הפרטיות.
- מגרסה 0.1.20: כל חבר ברשימה משותפת יכול לראות פאנל חברים המציג את שם התצוגה והדוא"ל של כל שאר חברי הרשימה. בעצם הצטרפותך לרשימה משותפת, אתה מסכים לחשיפה זו לחברים האחרים.
5א1. תקציב משפחתי משותף
- ניתן לשתף את התקציב הראשי במסך "כספים" עם בני משפחה. יצירת תקציב משותף והפקת קוד השיתוף הן תכונת פרימיום; הצטרפות באמצעות הקוד היא חינם (אצל מצטרף חינמי מסונכרנים נתוני הכספים בלבד).
- ההצטרפות מתבצעת אך ורק באמצעות קוד חד-פעמי בן 8 תווים שתוקפו 48 שעות; אין קישור הצטרפות. הצטרפות לקבוצה שמטבע החשבון בה שונה משל המצטרף נחסמת עם הסבר.
- המשתמש שמשתף את התקציב הוא האחראי הבלעדי לבחירת מקבלי קוד השיתוף. מומלץ למסור את הקוד רק לבני משפחה או לשותפים שאתה סומך עליהם.
- מיזוג היסטוריות בעת הצטרפות: עם ההצטרפות לקבוצה, כל תנועות העבר של המצטרף הופכות גלויות לכל חברי הקבוצה, וכל היסטוריית הקבוצה הופכת גלויה למצטרף. בעצם ההצטרפות אתה מסכים לחשיפה זו.
- אחריותיות: לכל תנועה נרשם — וגלוי לכל חברי הקבוצה — מי הוסיף אותה ומי ערך או מחק אותה לאחרונה, מזוהים לפי שם תצוגה או דוא"ל.
- התראות פיקוח: חברי הקבוצה מקבלים התראה נראית כאשר חבר מוסיף, עורך, מוחק או משחזר תנועה, וכן התראה על הצטרפות חבר חדש. את התראות הפעילות ניתן לכבות בהגדרות (מופעלות כברירת מחדל); התראת ההצטרפות מוצגת תמיד.
- מחיקה ושחזור: מחיקת תנועה מבקשת אישור ומעבירה אותה לארכיון "תנועות שנמחקו" הניתן לשחזור; מחיקה ושחזור מסתנכרנים ומשתקפים אצל כל חברי הקבוצה.
- עזיבת הקבוצה: ניתן לעזוב בכל עת. העזיבה מפסיקה את הסנכרון המשותף מכאן ואילך; עותק מלא של הנתונים נשאר במכשירך, ותנועות שכבר מוזגו להיסטוריית הקבוצה — לרבות רישומי הזיהוי שעליהן — נשארות חלק מהיסטוריית הקבוצה הממשיכה.
- פקיעת מנוי הפרימיום של בעל הקבוצה משעה את סנכרון התקציב המשותף עד לחידוש המנוי או ליציאה מהקבוצה (ראה סעיף 3.3). לפרטי העיבוד ראו סעיף 1.4 במדיניות הפרטיות.
5ב. צירוף מיקום לתזכורת ושירשור משימות
- ניתן לצרף לתזכורת מיקום (שם מקום וקואורדינטות) שניתן לפתוח לאחר מכן באפליקציית מפות חיצונית.
- שם המקום והקואורדינטות נשמרים יחד עם התזכורת במכשיר בלבד; אין מעקב מיקום ברקע.
- בחירה באפשרות "המיקום הנוכחי שלי" תבקש הרשאת מיקום מדויק כדי לזהות פעם אחת את מיקומך באותו רגע.
- שירשור משימות בעת השלמת תזכורת עם מיקום ("כשאתה כבר בחוץ"): הקרבה מחושבת על בסיס מרחק אווירי גס (כ-2 ק"מ מהמקום שהושלם, או כ-1 ק"מ מקו אווירי אל כתובת הבית שהגדרת בהגדרות) ואינה משתמשת בנתיב נסיעה אמיתי של Google Maps או של כל שירות ניווט אחר. מרחק הנסיעה והזמן בפועל עשויים להיות שונים מהותית מההצעה. הפיצ'ר הוא הצעה בלבד, ואינו אישור שתספיק לבצע משימה כלשהי. כתובת הבית שלך נשמרת במכשיר בלבד; ראה סעיף 1.5א במדיניות הפרטיות.
- מסך "סידורים לפי מיקום" (מגרסה 0.1.20) מציג את כל תזכורותיך עם מיקום שמור על מפה אחת ומאפשר לפתוח כל מיקום ב-Google Maps. הניווט במפות Google כפוף לתקנון Google Maps ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
5ג. גיבוי וייצוא
- החל מגרסה 0.1.14, פורמט קובץ הגיבוי שונה ל-ZIP (במקום JSON) כדי לכלול בתוכו את המסמכים שצורפו לתזכורות לצד קובץ ה-JSON של הנתונים.
- קובצי גיבוי JSON ישנים שנוצרו בגרסאות קודמות ניתנים עדיין לייבוא — תאימות לאחור נשמרת.
- קובץ הגיבוי נוצר במכשיר בלבד. אנו לא מעבירים אותו לשרת. שיתוף קובץ הגיבוי לכל יעד (Google Drive, דוא"ל וכד') הוא באחריות המשתמש בלבד.
- ייצוא התנועות מלשונית "כספים" לקובץ Excel/CSV מופק באנגלית (כותרות, סוג התנועה ושמות הקטגוריות) כדי שהקובץ ייפתח תקין בכל גרסת Excel וללא תווים משובשים. הערות חופשיות שהזין המשתמש נשמרות כפי שהן.
5ד. איחוד רשימות
- פיצ'ר איחוד הרשימות מאפשר מיזוג של שתי רשימות שבבעלותך מאותו סוג בלבד (קניות עם קניות, מטלות עם מטלות וכו') — תוך הסרת פריטים כפולים על סמך טקסט.
- רשימת המקור מסומנת כממוזגת (merged_into) ואינה נמחקת לצמיתות; ניתן לפנות אלינו לשחזור אם נדרש.
- פעולה זו לא מועברת אוטומטית למשתמשים שיתפו איתך את הרשימה — היא משפיעה על העותק שלך בלבד.
5ה. הקלטות קוליות
הקלטות נשמרות מקומית במכשיר. ההקלטה נעצרת אוטומטית לאחר 60 שניות. ניתן להשמיע, להשהות ולמחוק הקלטה מתוך שורת התזכורת ברשימה.
5ו. שמירת טיוטה אוטומטית
צירוף קובץ או הקלטה לתזכורת חדשה לפני לחיצה על "שמירה" יוצר באופן אוטומטי טיוטה בשם "טיוטה" כדי למנוע אובדן הקובץ. הטיוטה נשמרת רק במכשיר ולא נשלחת לשרת. ניתן למחוק את הטיוטה בכל עת.
5ז. תזכורות שנה שעברה
כעשרה ימים לפני חג יהודי גדול האפליקציה עשויה להציג ככרטיס תזכורת את הפריטים שהיו לך בחלון הלוח-העברי המקביל בשנה הקודמת. ההשוואה מתבצעת במכשיר בלבד; אין הבטחה שהאיתור יתפוס כל חג או כל תזכורת היסטורית, והוא מוגבל לנתונים שהיו קיימים במכשיר בשנה שעברה — תזכורות שנמחקו לפני כן לא יופיעו.
5ח. מצב מילואים
- השירות מאפשר דחיית זמן ההתראה של תזכורות חד-פעמיות שבחרת אל מעבר לתאריך חזרה שהזנת.
- תזכורות מחזוריות אינן נכללות במכוון — הן ימשיכו לצלצל בזמנן הרגיל; באחריות המשתמש לכבותן ידנית אם נחוץ.
- סקור את רשימת התזכורות המושפעות לפני אישור ההקפאה. אין הבטחה שמנגנון ההקפאה יזהה כל מקרה קצה (תזכורת שזמנה כבר עבר, תזכורת שנערכה ידנית בעת שמצב מילואים פעיל וכיוצא באלה).
- בלחיצה על "חזרתי" התזכורות משוחזרות לזמנן המקורי, גם אם הוא כבר עבר. במקרה זה הן יופיעו כתזכורות באיחור (overdue), והאחריות לטפל בהן היא של המשתמש.
- מחשבון מענק המילואים הוא כלי הערכה בלבד ואינו מחייב. ההערכה מבוססת על נתונים שהזין המשתמש ועל שיעורים מפורסמים נכון ל-2026, ואינה מהווה ייעוץ או התחייבות לסכום כלשהו. הסכומים המחייבים נקבעים אך ורק על ידי המוסד לביטוח לאומי וצה"ל, ובאחריות המשתמש לאמת אותם במחשבונים הרשמיים המקושרים מתוך המסך. החישוב מתבצע במכשיר בלבד ואינו נשמר או נשלח אלינו.
5ט. מד תרומה ברשימות משותפות
המד מציג חלוקה משוערת של שלוש פעולות בין חברי הרשימה ב-14 הימים האחרונים: הוספות, סימונים והסרות פריטים. הוא משקף אך ורק פעולות שנרשמו עם זיהוי מגרסה 0.1.19 ואילך — פעולות מגרסאות קודמות אינן משויכות לאף חבר ואינן נספרות. המד הוא כלי תצוגה בלבד; אין לבסס עליו טענות עובדתיות מחייבות לגבי תרומתו של חבר זה או אחר. כל חבר רשאי לכבות את הצגת המד עבורו דרך הגדרות → רשימות וקטגוריות; הכיבוי אינו משפיע על שאר החברים. עזיבת רשימה גורמת לאנונימיזציה של הזיהוי ברישומים היסטוריים; בקשת מחיקת חשבון מסירה את הרישומים לחלוטין.
5י. תאריך סיום חזרתיות
בעת הגדרת תזכורת חוזרת ניתן לקבוע תאריך סיום אופציונלי שלאחריו התזכורת לא תופעל יותר. תזכורות שלא נקבע להן תאריך סיום ימשיכו לפעול עד למחיקה ידנית. אין הבטחה שהתזכורת תופעל בדיוק עד תאריך הסיום שצוין במקרים של שינוי אזור זמן, השעיית התראות מערכת או הסרת האפליקציה.
5יא. סורק ברקוד
- האפליקציה כוללת סורק ברקוד לזיהוי מהיר של מוצר ברשימת קניות. הסורק מבוסס על Google Code Scanner ופועל באופן מקומי במכשיר בלבד.
- הסורק אינו דורש הרשאת מצלמה — זיהוי קוד המוצר מתבצע על המכשיר, ואינו אוסף או משדר מידע אישי כלשהו.
- לאחר זיהוי קוד המוצר, האפליקציה עשויה לחפש את פרטי המוצר במקורות המתוארים בסעיף 5יב. ראה גם סעיף 4 (מקורות נתוני מחירים) במדיניות הפרטיות.
5יב. השוואת מחירים ומקורות נתונים
- בישראל: השוואת המחירים בין רשתות (26 רשתות) מבוססת על מקורות נתוני שקיפות המחירים הציבוריים הזמינים לפי חוק שקיפות מחירים (חוק להגנת הצרכן בנושא פרסום מחירים), התשע"ה-2014.
- מחוץ לישראל: זהות המוצר נשאבת ממאגר Open Food Facts, ומחיר משוער/קהילתי נשאב מ-Open Prices. השימוש במקורות אלה כפוף לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות של אותם שירותים.
הסתייגות לגבי דיוק המחירים: נתוני המחירים מגיעים ממקורות ציבוריים וצדדים שלישיים, מתעדכנים מעת לעת, ועשויים להיות שונים מהמחיר בפועל על המדף. המחירים המוצגים כוללים מבצעים פעילים; מבצעים מותנים (למשל מבצעי מועדון או מבצעי כמות) עשויים שלא לחול על כל קונה. המחירים מוצגים לצורך התרשמות והכוונה כללית בלבד, ללא כל אחריות לדיוקם, לעדכניותם או להתאמתם. אין להסתמך עליהם כמחיר מחייב; המחיר הקובע הוא זה שמוצג בנקודת המכירה.
5יג. חיסכון חכם
- תכונות החיסכון החכם — סל חכם (השוואת כל הסל בין הרשתות), בדיקת "מחיר טוב?" בעת סריקה, והתראות על ירידת מחיר — מסתמכות על רשימת מעקב ועל בסיס מחיר (price baseline) שנשמרים במכשיר בלבד. בדיקת "מחיר טוב?" והתראות ירידת המחיר זמינות בחינם; סל חכם (השוואת הסל המלא בין הרשתות) והזיהוי האוטומטי של הסניף שבו אתה נמצא לפי מיקום בעגלה החכמה הם תכונות פרימיום.
- רשימת המעקב ובסיס המחיר אינם נשלחים לשרת ואינם מסונכרנים בין מכשירים.
- התראות וההשוואות הן הצעה והכוונה בלבד, וכפופות להסתייגות הדיוק שבסעיף 5יב.
5יד. מחשבוני תכנון תקציב
במסגרת מסך "כספים" השירות מציע כלי הערכה לתכנון תקציב: בדיקת החזר מס, מחשבון מס וניכויים ומענק עבודה (מענק מס הכנסה שלילי) — למנויי פרימיום פעילים; מחשבון מענק המילואים ומעשר כספים זמינים בחינם. הכלים נועדו לסייע למשתמש לתכנן את תקציבו האישי בלבד, ומקופלים בהם ההבהרות הבאות:

- הגורם המחייב. הסכומים המחייבים — לרבות גובה החזר מס, חבות מס, זכאות למענק עבודה או מענק מילואים והיקפם — נקבעים אך ורק על ידי הרשויות המוסמכות: רשות המסים, המוסד לביטוח לאומי וצה"ל (ובמצב דולר — גם רשות המסים האמריקאית, IRS). אין להסתמך על תוצאת המחשבון כקובעת זכות, חבות או סכום כלשהם.
- הקשר גאוגרפי ושיפוטי. במצב שקל (₪) המחשבונים מבוססים על מדרגות המס וטבלאות הניכויים הישראליות, המתעדכנות מדי שנה. במצב דולר ($) הם מבוססים על מס ההכנסה הפדרלי בארה"ב, על ניכויי FICA ועל זיכוי ה-EITC. אף מערכת אינה חלה מעבר לתחום השיפוט שלה — אין להשליך חישוב ישראלי על מצב אמריקאי, ולהפך. מדרגות ושיעורים משתנים בין שנות מס, והכלי עשוי לשקף שנה מסוימת בלבד.
- אימות עצמאי. באחריות המשתמש לאמת כל תוצאה מול המחשבונים והערוצים הרשמיים של הרשות הרלוונטית, ולהיוועץ ביועץ מס, רואה חשבון או איש מקצוע מורשה לפני קבלת כל החלטה כספית או הגשת בקשה כלשהי לרשות.
- עיבוד מקומי. הנתונים שאתה מקליד למחשבונים מעובדים במכשירך בלבד; הם אינם נשמרים בשרתינו ואינם נשלחים אלינו או לצד שלישי. מצב הפעלת מעשר כספים (היהדות) כן מסונכרן לחשבונך, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. אם תבחר לרשום תוצאת הערכה כתנועה במסך "כספים", רק הסכום שבחרת לרשום יישמר ברישומיך.
- הגבלת אחריות. השימוש במחשבונים כפוף במלואו להוראות סעיף 7 (הגבלת אחריות וכתב ויתור) שלהלן. בעל השירות לא יישא בכל אחריות לכל החלטה, פעולה, נזק או הפסד שנגרמו בעקבות הסתמכות על תוצאת מחשבון, אומדן או הערכה כלשהם.
6. קניין רוחני
כל הזכויות באפליקציה, לרבות העיצוב, הקוד, הסמלים והתוכן, שמורות לבעל האפליקציה. תוכן שיצר המשתמש — לרבות תזכורות, רשימות ורישומי תכנון תקציב במסך "כספים" (סכומים, קטגוריות והערות שהמשתמש מקליד בעצמו) — נותר בבעלותו, והמשתמש אחראי לתוכן זה. המשתמש מעניק לנו רישיון מוגבל לאחסן ולעבד אותו לצורך אספקת השירות; עבור משתמשים מחוברים תוכן זה מסונכרן לחשבונם האישי.
7. הגבלת אחריות וכתב ויתור
7.1 השירות ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות
השירות, על כל רכיביו, תכונותיו, המחשבונים, ההערכות, נתוני המחירים והתכנים שבו, ניתן "כפי שהוא" (AS IS) ו"כפי שזמין" (AS AVAILABLE), לפי שיקול דעתך ועל אחריותך הבלעדית (use at your own risk). בכפוף לכל דין, בעל השירות מסיר מעליו כל מצג, התחייבות או אחריות מכל סוג, מפורשת או משתמעת, לרבות — ומבלי למצות — אחריות לזמינות רציפה, ליציבות, לדיוק, לשלמות, לעדכניות, לאבטחה, להיעדר תקלות או וירוסים, להתאמה למטרה מסוימת, לסחירות ולאי-הפרה. אין כל הבטחה שהשירות יפעל ללא הפרעה או שגיאה, שכל תזכורת או התראה תישלח או תתקבל במועדה, או שתוצרי המחשבונים יהיו נכונים.
7.2 ויתור על אחריות לכל נזק, בכל מישור
בכפוף לסעיף 7.4 שלהלן ולמידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין, בעל השירות, מי מטעמו, ספקיו ונותני הרישיון שלו לא יישאו בכל אחריות, חבות או חובת פיצוי כלשהי — כלפי המשתמש או כלפי כל צד שלישי — בגין כל נזק מכל סוג ובכל מישור, בין אם נטענה אחריות חוזית, נזיקית (לרבות רשלנות), מכוח חוק, אחריות מוחלטת או כל עילה אחרת, וגם אם בעל השירות הוזהר מראש על אפשרות הנזק. הסרת האחריות חלה, מבלי למצות, על:
- נזק ישיר, עקיף, תוצאתי, מקרי, מיוחד, נלווה או עונשי מכל מין וסוג.
- אובדן נתונים — מחיקה, שיבוש, אי-שמירה, אי-סנכרון או אובדן של תזכורות, רשימות, קבצים מצורפים, הקלטות, רישומי כספים, גיבויים או כל מידע אחר.
- נזק או הפסד כספי — לרבות אובדן רווח, אובדן הכנסה, אובדן חיסכון צפוי, אובדן הזדמנות וכל נזק ממוני אחר.
- הסתמכות על מחשבון, אומדן או הערכה — כל החלטה, פעולה, חבות, קנס, ריבית, הפסד או החמצת זכאות שמקורם בהסתמכות על תוצאת בדיקת החזר מס, מחשבון מס וניכויים, מענק עבודה, מענק מילואים, מעשר כספים, נתוני מחירים, השוואות מחירים או כל הערכה אחרת בשירות.
- החמצת תזכורת או התראה — אי-משלוח, איחור, כפילות או דיכוי של תזכורת, התראה, התראה מבוססת-מיקום, תזכורת חוזרת או הודעת לוח שנה.
- שגיאות סנכרון — אובדן, התנגשות, שכתוב או אי-עדכון של נתונים בין מכשירים, בין האפליקציה לאפליקציית הווב, או מול יומן Google.
- שירותי צד שלישי — כשל, שגיאה, שינוי או הפסקה של שירותים שאינם בשליטתנו, לרבות Google (Sign-In, Play Billing, AdMob, Calendar, Maps, Fonts), Cloudflare, Open Food Facts, Open Prices ומקורות נתוני שקיפות המחירים.
- השבתה, אי-זמינות והפרעה עסקית — זמני השבתה (downtime), תחזוקה, תקלות תשתית, הפרעה לפעילותך או לעסקך.
7.3 תקרת אחריות
מבלי לגרוע מהאמור, ובכל מקרה שבו תוטל על בעל השירות אחריות כלשהי על אף האמור לעיל, סך האחריות המצטברת של בעל השירות בגין כל עילה שהיא לא יעלה על הסכום ששילם בפועל המשתמש עבור השירות בשנים-עשר (12) החודשים שקדמו לאירוע שבעטיו נטענה האחריות, ובהיעדר תשלום כאמור — לא תקום כל חבות כספית.
7.4 רצפת אחריות בלתי ניתנת להתניה לפי דין
אין באמור בסעיף 7 זה כדי לשלול או להגביל אחריות שאינה ניתנת לשלילה או להגבלה על פי דין קוגנטי. בפרט, הוראות סעיף זה כפופות לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981, ולכל זכות צרכנית מחייבת שאינה ניתנת להתנאה לפי דין; ככל שתימצא הוראה כלשהי כבלתי-אכיפה כלפי צרכן, תחול ההגבלה במידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין, ויתר ההוראות יישארו בתוקפן המלא. הגבלות אלה לא יחולו על אחריות בשל מעשה או מחדל שנעשו בזדון או ברשלנות רבתי, ולא יחולו כדי לשלול או להגביל אחריות בשל מוות או נזק גוף שנגרמו ממעשה או מחדל שלנו.
שימוש על אחריותך: אל תסתמכו על האפליקציה ככלי קריטי לבריאות, לבטיחות, לענייני כספים או למועדים מחייבים. איננו מתחייבים שכל תזכורת תישלח בזמן, שכל גיבוי יישמר, או שתוצאת מחשבון כלשהי נכונה. אמתו כל פרט חיוני באופן עצמאי.
8. שינויים בשירות ובתקנון
אנו רשאים לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. במקרה של שינוי מהותי, נודיע על כך בתוך האפליקציה ובדוא"ל לפחות 30 יום מראש. המשך שימוש לאחר כניסת השינוי לתוקף יהווה הסכמה.
9. סיום שירות
המשתמש רשאי לסיים את השימוש בכל עת על ידי מחיקת החשבון. אנו רשאים להפסיק את הפעלת השירות בהודעה של 30 יום מראש.
10. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנובעת מהשימוש בשירות נתונה לבית המשפט המוסמך בתל אביב-יפו.

Welcome to the "Reshimati" service — the Android app and the web app at reshimati.co.il/app (together: "the Service"). Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Service owner: Shimon, Osek Patur, Israel. Contact: [email protected].
1. The Service
The App lets you create, manage and deliver personal reminders, manage lists (shopping, packing, todo, custom), share lists between users, duplicate lists (create a copy of any list), merge lists (combine two lists into one with de-duplication), attach documents and voice notes to reminders (PDF / images / audio capped at 60 seconds, playable inline from the list), paste a list (turn ready-made text — e.g. a WhatsApp message — into a tidy list, one item per line), two-way Google Calendar sync (writing reminders to the calendar and displaying calendar events inside the app), set location-based reminders, back up data, use home-screen widgets, budget-planning tools (a "Finance" screen for recording expenses and income, categories, budgets, bill-splitting, a shared budget via code, a multi-month trend graph, Excel export and a monthly report), budget-planning calculators (Tax-refund check, Tax & deductions calculator and Work grant (EITC) — Premium; Reserve-duty grant and Maaser — free. See section 5n), and access optional Jewish content (Hebrew date, Hebrew birthdays, holidays, halachic times, yahrzeit reminders). Opening an attachment directly from the list passes the file to an external system viewer (e.g. PDF reader, gallery). The service is offered in three plans: a free plan with ads; a paid "Ad-Free" plan, which only removes all the ads and includes no additional features beyond that; and a paid "Premium" plan, with no ads and with all the advanced features. Access to the web app (reshimati.co.il/app) is reserved for active Premium subscribers, except that a free member of a shared budget group gets access to the Expenses tab only (see section 5a1); the Ad-Free plan does not include web-app access. Subscriptions are purchased and managed exclusively through Google Play. The web app exposes a subset of features: pre-alerts, voice recordings, attachments and widgets are available in the Android phone app only. The web app stores in the browser's localStorage a sign-in token and local display preferences only; the sign-in token is removed when you sign out of the site. Account deletion removes the synced data from both the app and the web app.
2. User Account
- Use requires a valid Google account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
- You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
- Minimum age: 16.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 Premium Plan
- Price: a yearly subscription, at the price displayed in Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Free trial: 7 days, where offered in Google Play at the time of purchase.
- Includes: no ads, cross-device sync, web-app access (reshimati.co.il/app), live shared lists and all the advanced features.
3.2 Ad-Free Plan
- Price: 11.90 NIS per year.
- No free trial.
- Includes ad removal only.
- Does not include the Premium features — no cross-device sync and no web-app access.
- All other features are identical to the free plan.
The following terms apply to both paid plans:
- Auto-renews at the end of each period unless canceled in advance.
- Cancellation is handled exclusively through your Google Play settings.
- Billing is processed via Google Play Billing.
3.3 End of subscription — what happens to your Premium services and your data
When your Premium subscription expires or is canceled, the Premium services stop working — including cross-device sync, web-app access, and the live sharing of lists and of the shared budget. A user who owned a shared main budget (the inviter) and whose Premium lapsed will have that shared budget's sync suspended (including on their own side) until the subscription is renewed or they leave the group. This is a material part of the Premium plan.
Your data is preserved. All data created on the device remains available to view and edit on the device after the subscription ends; nothing is deleted because a subscription ended. What stops is the ongoing service (sync, sharing, web access) — not access to your local data — similar to leaving a shared group: you keep a full copy, and the shared continuation is separate. You can export your data at any time (ZIP backup) even without Premium.
3a. Price Changes
The price of the app and/or subscription may change from time to time, at our discretion. However, a price change will not affect a subscription term you have already purchased and that is currently active: the price you paid is locked for that entire fixed term (12 months), through its end.
Our subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled in advance through Google Play settings. A price change will not affect a term you have already purchased and that is currently active. If we raise the price for a renewal, Google will notify you in advance and require your consent under Google Play's price-change process — and without your consent, the subscription will not renew at the new price. You can cancel at any time through Google Play settings.
The updated price will be shown to you in full on the purchase screen before any purchase, and completing the purchase constitutes your agreement to the displayed price. Notice of a price change will be provided as required by Google Play's policies and by applicable law.
3b. "Refer a Friend" Program (Referrals)
- From time to time we may offer a referral program: a user who invites a friend via a referral code or link (including a shared-list invite link carrying a referral code) may earn — together with the joining friend — a free Premium period, in the scope and under the conditions displayed in the app at the time.
- The benefit requires the joiner to be a new user signing in with a valid Google account; self-referral, multiple accounts or abuse void the benefit.
- The program is a marketing benefit offered at our discretion: we may change, suspend or end it at any time. Ending it will not revoke a benefit already applied and recorded on your account.
- A Premium period originating from a referral benefit is not convertible to cash, not transferable, and carries no refund right.
- For how referral codes are processed when installing via a link, see section 1.20 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by Google Play policy (typically — refund requests can be submitted within 48 hours of purchase). Additionally, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), digital goods that have not been substantially consumed are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. A subscription that has already been used in a meaningful way will not be eligible for a refund beyond what is required by law. The cancellation right and refund terms apply equally to all paid subscription plans.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works.
- Abuse the service: API misuse, excessive requests, attempts to harm other users.
- Send spam, unlawful content, harassment, content inciting violence or copyright infringement.
- Access another user's account without permission.
- In a shared list: add unlawful or harassing content for other users holding the share code.
We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
5a. Shared Lists
- Owners of a shared list are responsible for the content added to their list.
- An 8-character share code grants read+write+delete access — every member may add, check, and delete list items. The person who shares a list accepts this by the act of sharing.
- The user who creates or shares a list is solely responsible for choosing the recipients of the share code. Share the code only with family or partners you trust.
- We are not responsible for content added by other members to your list, nor for access gained by anyone the sharer gave the code to. You can leave the list at any time.
- The app records, for each item, who added it and who deleted it, and this log is visible to all members of the list — for accountability within the list.
- An owner may permanently delete a shared list — doing so removes access for all members — and may create a fresh duplicate (copy) of any list.
- To secure the system and prevent abuse, the server applies rate limiting to shared-list create and join requests, and for this purpose temporarily processes the request's IP address. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
- As of version 0.1.20: every member of a shared list can view a members panel showing the display name and email address of every other member. By joining a shared list you consent to this disclosure to other members.
5a1. Shared Family Budget
- You can share the main budget in the "Finance" screen with family members. Creating a shared budget and issuing its share code is a Premium feature; joining with the code is free (for a free joiner, only the finance data is synced).
- Joining is done solely with a one-time 8-character code valid for 48 hours; there is no join link. Joining a group whose currency differs from the joiner's account currency is blocked with an explanation.
- The user who shares the budget is solely responsible for choosing the recipients of the share code. Give the code only to family or partners you trust.
- History merge on join: upon joining a group, all of the joiner's past transactions become visible to every group member, and the group's entire history becomes visible to the joiner. By joining you consent to this disclosure.
- Accountability: for each transaction, the app records — visibly to all group members — who added it and who last edited or deleted it, identified by display name or email.
- Oversight notifications: group members receive a visible notification when a member adds, edits, deletes or restores a transaction, as well as a notification when a new member joins. Activity notifications can be turned off in Settings (on by default); the join notification is always shown.
- Deletion and restore: deleting a transaction asks for confirmation and moves it to a restorable "Deleted transactions" archive; deletions and restores sync and are reflected for all group members.
- Leaving the group: you may leave at any time. Leaving stops the shared sync from that point on; a full copy of the data remains on your device, and transactions already merged into the group's history — including their attribution records — remain part of the group's continuing history.
- Lapse of the group owner's Premium subscription suspends the shared budget's sync until renewal or leaving the group (see section 3.3). For processing details see section 1.4 of the Privacy Policy.
5b. Attaching a Location to a Reminder and Errand Chaining
- You can attach a location (a place name and coordinates) to a reminder, which can later be opened in an external maps app.
- The place name and coordinates are stored together with the reminder on the device only; there is no background location tracking.
- Choosing the "my current location" option requests the fine location permission in order to detect your location once, at that moment.
- Errand chaining upon completion of a located reminder ("While you're already out"): proximity is computed using a coarse linear (great-circle) distance (~2 km from the completed place, or ~1 km from a linear corridor toward the home address you set in Settings) and does not use real driving directions from Google Maps or any other navigation service. The actual driving distance and time may differ substantially from the suggestion. The feature is a suggestion only, not confirmation that you will have time to complete any errand. Your home address is stored on-device only; see section 1.5a of the Privacy Policy.
- The "Errands by Location" screen (as of version 0.1.20) plots all your reminders with a saved location on a single map and lets you open any location in Google Maps. Navigation in Google Maps is subject to Google Maps' Terms and Privacy Policy.
5c. Backup & Export
- Starting from version 0.1.14, the backup file format has changed to ZIP (was JSON) so it can include attached documents alongside the JSON data file.
- Older JSON backup files created by previous versions remain importable — backward compatibility is preserved.
- The backup file is generated on-device only. We do not transmit it to any server. Sharing the backup to any destination (Google Drive, email, etc.) is solely the user's responsibility.
- Exporting transactions from the Finance tab to an Excel/CSV file is produced in English (headers, transaction type and category names) so the file opens correctly in every version of Excel with no garbled characters. Free-text notes you entered are kept as-is.
5d. List Merging
- The list-merging feature combines two lists of the same kind you own (shopping with shopping, tasks with tasks, etc.) — de-duplicating items by text.
- The source list is soft-marked as merged (merged_into) and is not permanently deleted; you may contact us for restoration if needed.
- This action is not automatically propagated to users you've shared the list with — it affects your copy only.
5e. Voice Recordings
Recordings are stored locally on-device. Recording is capped at 60 seconds and stops automatically. You can play, pause and delete a recording directly from the reminder row.
5f. Auto-saved Drafts
Attaching a file or voice note to a new reminder before tapping "Save" automatically creates a draft titled "Draft" to prevent loss of the attachment. The draft is stored only on-device and is not sent to any server. You may delete the draft at any time.
5g. Last-Year Recall
About ten days before a major Jewish holiday, the App may surface, as a reminder card, the items you had in the matching Hebrew-calendar window a year earlier. The comparison runs on-device only; there is no guarantee that the detection catches every holiday or every historical reminder, and it is limited to data that existed on the device a year ago — reminders deleted before that point will not appear.
5h. Miluim (Reserve-Duty) Mode
- The service allows you to defer the due time of non-recurring reminders you select past a return date you specify.
- Recurring reminders are intentionally excluded — they will continue to fire at their regular time; it is your responsibility to silence them manually if needed.
- Review the affected reminders list before confirming the freeze. We do not guarantee that the freeze mechanism handles every edge case (reminders already past due, reminders manually edited while Miluim is active, etc.).
- When you tap "I'm back" the reminders are restored to their original time, even if that time has already passed. In that case they will appear as overdue, and it is your responsibility to handle them.
- The reserve-duty grant estimator is an estimation tool only and is not binding. The estimate is based on the data you enter and on published rates accurate as of 2026; it is not advice or a commitment to any amount. Binding amounts are determined solely by the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) and the IDF, and it is your responsibility to verify them using the official calculators linked from the screen. The calculation runs on your device only and is neither stored nor sent to us.
5i. Shared-List Contribution Meter
The meter shows an approximate distribution of three actions among list members over the last 14 days: additions, completions, and removals of items. It reflects only actions recorded with attribution from version 0.1.19 onward — actions from earlier versions are not attributed to any member and are not counted. The meter is a display tool only; it should not be used to make binding factual claims about any member's contribution. Any member may turn off display of the meter for themselves via Settings → Lists & Categories; doing so does not affect other members. Leaving a list anonymizes your identity in historical records; an account-deletion request removes those records entirely.
5j. Recurrence End Date
When setting up a recurring reminder you may set an optional end date after which the reminder will no longer fire. Reminders without an end date will continue indefinitely until manually deleted. We do not guarantee the reminder will fire precisely up to the specified end date in cases of time-zone change, system notification suspension or app uninstall.
5k. Barcode Scanner
- The app includes a barcode scanner for quickly identifying a product on a shopping list. The scanner is based on the Google Code Scanner and runs locally on your device only.
- The scanner requires no camera permission — the product code is recognized on-device, and it collects or transmits no personal data whatsoever.
- Once a product code is recognized, the app may look up the product details in the sources described in section 5l. See also section 4 (price-data sources) of the Privacy Policy.
5l. Price Comparison and Data Sources
- In Israel: the cross-chain price comparison (26 chains) is based on the public price-transparency data feeds made available under the Israeli Price Transparency Law (Consumer Protection — Price Publication), 5775-2014.
- Outside Israel: product identity is sourced from Open Food Facts, and an estimated/community price is sourced from Open Prices. Use of these sources is subject to those services' own terms and policies.
Price-accuracy disclaimer: Price data comes from public and third-party sources, is updated periodically, and may differ from the actual shelf price. Displayed prices include active promotions; conditional promotions (for example club or quantity deals) may not apply to every buyer. Prices are provided for general guidance only, with no warranty as to their accuracy, timeliness or fitness. Do not rely on them as a binding price; the governing price is the one shown at the point of sale.
5m. Smart Savings
- The Smart Savings features — Smart Basket (whole-basket comparison across chains), the "good price?" check on scan, and price-drop alerts — rely on a watch list and a price baseline that are stored on the device only. The "good price?" check and price-drop alerts are available for free; Smart Basket (whole-basket comparison across chains) and the in-store automatic detection of the branch you are standing in by location in the Smart Cart are Premium features.
- The watch list and the price baseline are not sent to any server and are not synced between devices.
- The alerts and comparisons are guidance only and are subject to the accuracy disclaimer in section 5l.
5n. Budget-Planning Calculators
Within the "Finance" screen, the service offers budget-planning estimation tools: a Tax-refund check, a Tax & deductions calculator and a Work grant (EITC) calculator — for active Premium subscribers; the Reserve-duty grant calculator and the Maaser (tithe) calculator are available for free. These tools are intended solely to help you plan your own personal budget, subject to the following clarifications:
- Estimates only, not advice. The calculators' outputs are general estimates based on the data you enter and on published brackets and rates. They do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, financial advice or investment advice, are no substitute for professional guidance, and carry no warranty as to their accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability to your personal circumstances.
- The binding authority. Binding amounts — including the size of any tax refund, tax liability, and eligibility for and amount of a work grant or reserve-duty grant — are determined solely by the competent authorities: the Israel Tax Authority, the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) and the IDF (and, in dollar mode, also the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, IRS). You may not rely on a calculator's result as establishing any right, liability or amount.
- Geographic and jurisdictional scope. In shekel (₪) mode the calculators are based on Israeli tax brackets and deduction tables, which are updated annually. In dollar ($) mode they are based on U.S. federal income tax, FICA deductions and the EITC credit. Neither system applies beyond its own jurisdiction — do not apply an Israeli calculation to a U.S. situation, or vice versa. Brackets and rates change between tax years, and the tool may reflect only a particular year.
- Independent verification. It is your responsibility to verify every result against the official calculators and channels of the relevant authority, and to consult a tax adviser, accountant or other licensed professional before making any financial decision or filing any request with an authority.
- On-device processing. The data you enter into the calculators is processed on your device only; it is not stored on our servers and is not sent to us or to any third party. The Maaser (Judaism) toggle state does sync to your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you choose to record an estimated result as a transaction in the "Finance" screen, only the amount you chose to record is saved to your records.
- Limitation of liability. Use of the calculators is fully subject to section 7 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer) below. The service owner bears no liability for any decision, action, damage or loss resulting from reliance on any calculator result, estimate or projection.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including design, code, logos and content, are reserved by the App owner. User-generated content — including reminders, lists and budget-planning entries in the "Finance" screen (amounts, categories and notes you enter yourself) — remains owned by you, and you are responsible for that content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of operating the service; for signed-in users this content is synced to their own account.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 The Service Is Provided "AS IS", Without Warranty
The service, including all of its components, features, calculators, estimates, price data and content, is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", at your own discretion and sole risk (use at your own risk). To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service owner disclaims all representations, undertakings and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — without limitation — any warranty of continuous availability, stability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security, freedom from defects or viruses, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. There is no guarantee that the service will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that any reminder or alert will be sent or received on time, or that calculator outputs will be correct.
7.2 Waiver of Liability for Any Damage, on Every Plane
Subject to section 7.4 below and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the service owner, those acting on its behalf, and its suppliers and licensors shall not bear any liability, obligation or duty to compensate whatsoever — to you or to any third party — for any damage of any kind and on every plane, whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, strict liability or any other cause of action, and even if the service owner was advised in advance of the possibility of the damage. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to:
- Direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, ancillary or punitive damages of every kind.
- Data loss — deletion, corruption, failure to save, failure to sync, or loss of reminders, lists, attachments, recordings, finance records, backups or any other information.
- Financial damage or loss — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity and any other pecuniary loss.
- Reliance on any calculator, estimate or projection — any decision, action, liability, penalty, interest, loss or forfeited entitlement arising from reliance on the output of the Tax-refund check, the Tax & deductions calculator, the Work grant (EITC), the Reserve-duty grant, the Maaser calculator, price data, price comparisons or any other estimate in the service.
- Missed reminders or alerts — non-delivery, delay, duplication or suppression of a reminder, alert, location-based alert, recurring reminder or calendar notification.
- Sync errors — loss, conflict, overwrite or failure to update data between devices, between the app and the web app, or with Google Calendar.
- Third-party services — failure, error, change or discontinuation of services outside our control, including Google (Sign-In, Play Billing, AdMob, Calendar, Maps, Fonts), Cloudflare, Open Food Facts, Open Prices and the price-transparency data sources.
- Downtime, unavailability and business interruption — periods of downtime, maintenance, infrastructure failures, or interruption to your activity or business.
7.3 Liability Cap
Without derogating from the foregoing, in any case where liability is nonetheless imposed on the service owner despite the above, the service owner's total aggregate liability for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and in the absence of such payment — no monetary liability shall arise.
7.4 Non-Waivable Statutory Floor
Nothing in this section 7 shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law. In particular, this section is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and to any binding consumer right that cannot be contracted out of under the law; should any provision be found unenforceable against a consumer, the limitation shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These limitations shall not apply to liability for an act or omission committed in willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor shall they exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our act or omission.
Use at your own risk: Do not rely on the App as a critical tool for health, safety, finances or binding deadlines. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time, that every backup will be preserved, or that any calculator result is correct. Independently verify every essential detail.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' prior notice.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the service is granted to the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
